Ronin is a product in development. This site has one purpose: to accept early-access applications from Shopify apparel brands. This notice describes exactly what that involves.
What we collect
Only what you type into the early-access application:
- First name
- Work email address
- Brand name
- Shopify store URL
- Instagram handle, if you provide one
- Approximate monthly order volume
- How often you run drops
- Date of your next planned drop, if you provide one
- Your biggest launch problem
- Which button on this page opened the form
We do not use cookies to identify you, and this site currently loads no third-party tracking scripts.
Why we collect it
To decide whether your brand is a fit for early access, and to contact you about it. The launch details help us understand the kinds of drops Ronin needs to support. That is the whole purpose.
We will not add you to a newsletter, sell your details, or share them with third parties for their own use.
Where it is stored
Applications are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon. Access is limited to the people reviewing applications.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the early-access programme and no longer need it.
Removing your data
Email hello@tryronin.xyz from the address you applied with and we will delete your application. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
